Maybelline mineral makeup?

How well does the maybelline mineral makeup provide coverage? i mean will it hide dark circles without concealer or if i use a concealer brush w/ the minerals will it work as concealer. or even could i use regular stick conceal? oh and if u like maybelline's mineral makeupMaybelline mineral makeup?
It covers spots and stuff, but even the lightest shade made me look dark and orangey.Maybelline mineral makeup?
Thanks you're right though it come out kind of dark. Report Abuse

I work as a beauty adviser and i'm not a fan of the mineral makeup maybelline puts out.. my favorite is loreals but that's just me i have a few customers that i have switch from maybelline to loreal because i believe it's an all around better product.. Mineral makeup doesn't provide that much coverage it goes on pretty light.. you'd have to get a concealer stick or if you decide to go with loreal they make a mineral concealer in a powder that seems to work really good on my imperfections.. good luck..

Is Maybelline makeup or Cover Girl makeup better?

I was either gonna buy Maybelline Dream Liquid Mousse Airbrush Finish and Maybelline Minerial Power Translucent Powder or I was gonna buy Cover Girl TruBlend Liquid Makeup and Cover Girl TruBlend Pressed Powder. Is Maybelline makeup or Cover Girl makeup better?
Cover Girl, just because I love the TruBlend StuffIs Maybelline makeup or Cover Girl makeup better?
Probably covergirl. But, iv never really used maybelline. But, covergirl trublend works reallly goood.
Hey I am Clare and Definily Covergirl is better! Maybelline makes my skin have more acne and dry. But i would definitly recomend Covergirl.
Maybelline and CoverGirl makeup are very similar. I would have to say that they're tied.
like cover girl like totally
they are basicly the same but when i think of covergirl i think of cheap and trashy so id pick maybelline

maybelline for mascara, covergirl for about everything else!
maybellline. deffinetly. cover girl makes your skin look orange or redish and they test on animals still
    Cover girl!
    Maybelline for sure!

I love their dream liquid mousse foundation. :)
    covergirl!
    i would say covergirl
i couldn't say as i live in the uk and we can't get it over here :P

    MAybelline mineral power makeup?

Is maybelline mineral power makeup any good? I need a new foundation and i want a little bit more information on this one.MAybelline mineral power makeup?
    Skin doesn't breathe... hahaha!

I use it it seems to work really well. I like the way it looks natural. I also like their matte mouse. Its good.MAybelline mineral power makeup?
i have no idea because i don't wear foundation.

my suggestion, unless you have really yucky skin, let your skin breathe and don't wear it. wear concealer only if necessary
I am using this kind right now and I like it a lot. Goes on smooth, light, good coverage and you don't need a lot on. Try it I think you'll like it.
Yes, it is. I use it alot, just make sure you get the right color to match your skin. I also love the blush they have! It works well and gives your skin a healthy glow.

    Maybelline Pure. Makeup?

    Is it good?

I'm 15, I have acne prone skin (but my face isn't a zit party, so it's not bad and I want to MINIMIZE or keep it that way) and it is sort of blotchy around my cheeks, SOMETIMES.

I've never used foundation before and I want something good but I don't want to look like a cake face. I just want natural! If Pure. Makeup isn't a good choice, what would you reccomend that ISN'T $10 or more? Thanks!Maybelline Pure. Makeup?
yes I can answer that Lancome Dual Finish Matte powder it costs about 17.50 for the compact, and it looks and feels all natural it lasts all day. it may cost a little more but it last for about 6 months I have had mine for four months and it is still almost a full compact. good luck to youMaybelline Pure. Makeup?
Try a Neutrogena 2 in 1 foundation and acne treatment. It works well It heals as it conceals.
I prefer Bare Minerals...it's worth every penny and it lasts a lonnnnng time---longer than they say it does (I'm talking the amount of makeup you use).
Try a lightly tinted lotion that is non-comedogenic and has at least SPF 15 in it. This means that it does not clog pores and will provide a natural minimum-coverage look. The sunscreen will also help your face look young for years to come, not to mention preventing skin cancer.

I like Revlon Skinlights. It is really lightweight and has kind of a sparkly, pearlish look to it that makes your skin glow in a flattering way.
Neutrogena Skin Clearing Foundation. Almay Clear Complexion Foundation. Both under $10. www.harmondiscount.com-this site sells both.
If you are new to foundations and you are suffering from acne, try a pure foundation made of minerals. Try Everyday Minerals at everydayminerals.com. The company sends samples for free.
I like Neutrogena skin-clearing oil-free makeup. It doesn't clog the pores, and actually has a bit of salicylic acid to help treat zits. I tried Maybelline PURE and found it to be too watery. They also don't have a lot of color options. One was too light and the next one up was too dark. Neutrogena has more options. They also have a Visibly Even line that helps even out skin tone. This is better for people who tend to have red, blotchy skin as opposed to breakouts.
Maybelline Pure foundation has great, natural coverage. It cuts down on the ';grease'; look also. Give it a try for yourself.

Almay Smart Shade makeup or Maybelline's Dream Liquid Mousse?

Which would work better for my skin? This is me:

    http://i202.photobucket.com/albums/aa100鈥?/a>

I have kind of dry to normal skin, and i usually dont get pimples alot. My main problem is the dark circles under my eyes and the dark areas around my mouth.

If you have used any of these foundation please let me know what you think of them. Thank You.Almay Smart Shade makeup or Maybelline's Dream Liquid Mousse?
well i haven't used either product, but from the commercials i saw the dream liquid mousse looks too fake. Like her skin didn't look real at all! The smart shade looked more convincing. Sweet pic by the wayAlmay Smart Shade makeup or Maybelline's Dream Liquid Mousse?
You look like you have flawless skin in the picture! But anyways, Almay Smart Shade is pretty good. Dont get the smart shade blush - it's not great. The bronzer is amazing and looks very natural. I went to the store to buy Maybelliene Liquid Mousse but I was testing it out and put it on my finger and it was like water! So I wound up not buying it.

Another great foundation is maybelliene mineral power %26amp; the pressed powder over it. GREAT product :)

    Hope i helped
I think the Dream Liquid Mousse is a lot better. The woman on the commercial is just to prove that it makes your skin look smooth and completely pore-less. Plus, its less expensive.

Covergirl all the way! The trublend line is fab!Is Maybelline makeup or Cover Girl makeup better?
I prefer maybelline but NOT the dream mousse, apparently it breaks you out like crazy.

I would use the maybelline mineral power foundation, it won't break you out and has better ingredients. It's around $8-$10 but I think at CVS if you buy the foundation you get the powder (Maybelline Minerial Power Translucent Powder) free.
It depends. I suggest cover girll though just because both Maybeline and Cover Girl are basically the same and Cover Girl is just a little less expensive. CoverGirl really has allot more to offer and you can match colors with numbers etc..check their website and upload your pik to mix and match colors to yourself before you purchase products. I hope this helps.
I definitely prefer Maybelline mineral power products over Cover girl trublend. I recommend using Maybelline Mineral power liquid or loose powder foundation with the Mineral power translucent pressed powder over it.

  • Dream Matte Mousse Makeup or Pure Makeup from Maybelline?

I've asked this question before, but no one seemed to answer: I'm looking for a new foundation. I have combination skin (oily skin around the t-zone/forehead and normal skin everywhere else. I have a yellow undertone, kinda light golden skin. I have mild acne on my forehead, my chin, and around my nose, so I want good coverage. And I'm 13 so I want a foundation that doesn't make me look fake. And I also want a foundation that doesn't melt off my face, because as most of you know its really humid outside. Plus, tell me which one doesn't feel heavy because I'm using covergirl clean makeup and neutrogena skin clearing oil free makeup and they both are really heavy.

PS: Please tell me if blue or green concealer are good for covering acne and redness on my face. Please don't say that I'm too young to be wearing makeup because I choose my makeup wisely and people usually don't even know I wear makeup. And I don't look like a clown. Plus, will the 2 foundations look cakey on light skin?Dream Matte Mousse Makeup or Pure Makeup from Maybelline?
I have used both the Dream Matte Mousee and the Pure Makeup. The Mousse is very good at covering things up, but ithas kind of a heavy feel to it. I would go with the Pure makeup, it 's lighter and it's made with 50% water, so it helps your skin breathe a lot better which is good because you say that you have pimples.

Green concealer helps cancel out redness, but it takes a little practice with getting it right because if you put on too much, it looks weird.Dream Matte Mousse Makeup or Pure Makeup from Maybelline?
Dream Matte mousse would only make the acne look bigger. I use Neutrogena's skin clearing too,but I made it sheerer by squirting half moisturizer in the bottle I used some dove moisturizer and I love the foundation even more now. But your foundation probably melts off cause you don't set it with loose powder. Try some brands out and see how you like them. I like Physicians Formula translucent loose mineral powder, but you could buy Cover Girl's or something else.

Green does cover redness, but try using it and then adding a skin colored one over it. Then set it with powder so it doesn't migrate over your skin.
maybelline i think would be a lot better
    pure makeup alllllllll the way
Pure, because Dream Matte isn't good for oily skin. Also, it's too dark for fair skin. Pure is really sheer, though, so it may not cover everything. BUt it won't feel heavy. Not sure how it works in the heat. As for concealer, green covers redness. But it's hard to make it look natural. It never blends right. So make sure your skin is moisturized if you're going to try it.
Try pan stick by mabeline. Use a sponge to put it on.
I use Sheer Cover. It's awesome, and it looks completely natural!
I found Artistry to be the best one to work for me. It is very lightweight %26amp; scientifically formulated to work with this type of skin. I went with the powder/matte %26amp; use it dry. That has worked the best to keep my skin from getting too oily during the day. Since it is so light I don't have the breakouts I used to get %26amp; it has helped my pores to close. I have had many good compliments from the change %26amp; it feels great on. The concealers are the best I ever used. You can find them below.

They have ANEW RETROACTIVE+ 2-in-1 Cleanser you can use before you apply your makeup in the morning. And also use the:

PERSONAL MATCH Cream-to-Powder Foundation SPF 10

    f
ive used both but i have different skin then you. personally, i like pure makeup. but i stopprd using it bcuz i got a couple blemishes and it didnt cover them at all, it seemed to highlight them. now, my closest friend has skin exactly like yours, and when she uses dream matte mousse (shes just a year older than you, no worries!) her skin looks absolutely perfect. dont forget to get a luminous concealer powder to top it off ( mabelline has the best) and green concealer is the one for hiding acne, and yellow for dark circles. good luck! =]

    Maybelline makeup????

I was thinking about purchasing Maybelline pure makeup concealer as well as their oil free loose powder. I was wondering if anyone else has used their products, I have oily skin that is prone to breakouts so I need something for sensitive skin, also if you could recommend a good blush to go along with it that would be great!Maybelline makeup????
The maybelline ';pure'; concealor in the stick form is the only one you can get from a drug store that has 2% salysilic acid...others only contain a smaller amount. I always use that concealer on my pimples. That is really the only item that i would recommend from their line if you have oily skin. My other favorites are any kind of powders from Physician's Formula and all other kinds of makeup from Almay (as others have recommended as well).

    To sum:

    Concealer: Maybelline's Pure concealer

    Powder: Physician's Formula

    Foundation, blush, eyeshadow, etc.: Almay

Almay is organized where you can always pick stuff that matches and it is like the less expensive version of clinque (which is known for being great for sensitive skin.)

    Best of luck!Maybelline makeup????
    almay
I suggest purchasing a different concealer because if you already have oilly skin this stuff clogs your pores and would prevent your skin from breathing and eventually make you break out, but as for they're oil free loose powder I have some of that stuff as well and it works miracles if you use it right.
I use physicians formula, I have sensitive skin and it seems to work for me. It's not so harsh on the skin and it is easy to remove at night or whenever you need a clean slate.
I prefer Covergirl concealer over Maybelline's just because I find it less oily.
I switched to Bare Essentials 2 years ago. I wish I had sooner. It is great stuff. Comes in many colors, concealer, eye shadow, blushes etc. Comes with their own brushes too. They have lip sticks and glosses in many colors also.

This stuff is so kind to skin. Never clogs pores. Is easy to wash off and has a really long shelf life.
I've never used their concealer but I do have the PURE makeup and it's really awesome! I like to blend mine with a just a bit of face lotion and it goes on very natural. The foundation doesn't go on thick and gooey and still looks good at the end of the day ~ even in SUMMER!

In terms of a concealer, I would strongly reccomend that you spend just a bit more $ and get the MAC Moisturecover concealer. It goes on very smooth and blends so well that a touch is all you need. I tend to just wear this concealer day to day so I dont need to suffocate my face with foundation.

Blush wise ~ I would suggest Maybellines' Expert Wear Blush. I have the dual colured one in Siamese Pink : a bright girly pink since I have fair skin.
maybeline is kind of cheap, if you want something that really works try neutregena or bare minerals. those really work for oily skin, and neutregena even heals ur acne.
I prefer almay and neutrogena to maybelline- i only use maybelline for mascara, for coverup i use almay and it cures my acne too!
almay is for people with sensitive skin

I cant imagine someone with sensitive skin taking the maybelline route.

    Maybelline Mineral Power Makeup?

Is this product any good? I've heard good and bad things about it. Also, how much does it cost? I would like to buy the concealer, powder foundation, blush, and pressed finishing powder... Does anyone have all of these and if so, how much did you get them for? Thanks.Maybelline Mineral Power Makeup?
It's okay, but i like their compact powder stuff better. It's lighter and looks more natural. The only thing i like about the mineral power makeup powder is the cool brush it comes with.Maybelline Mineral Power Makeup?
I do not care for any of Maybeline's foundations. There are so much better ones out there, that don't cost a forture. I love Neutragena's Mineral Foundation/Powder, and it only cost about $10.00. Their finishing powder is pretty good, and so is their blush. You can find out all the prices for all of it here...

I have heard from my friends that its great, looks natural and everything, i don't need to bother with make up...it takes too much time...lol
Concealer is good, but drying $7.99

    Liquid Foundation was ok $9.99
well iv never tried it but my friend did and she said it made her skin brake out really bad ... its probably around like 8-12 $$
i think you should try mac make up or neutragena make up they both work great but mac's more expensive

i think the best foundation from them is the instant age rewind creme foundation

    its unbelievably perfect

it covers, and makes skin flawless, i cant explain how good it is

i gave it a rating of 10 ( i had to rate it it was THAT GOOD )

its also good for your skin

i wear lots of makeup that has anti aging stuff in it

its good to get a very early heads start

also, the mineral power powder is perfect

it makes you look like your not wearing makeup and covers everything

Not really, its very sheer thoughMaybelline:Pure Makeup oil free?
any makeup goes into your pores i guess so they all ';clog'; them, thats why you must wash your face at least twice a day.

try covergirl clean makeup stays on all day and controlls oil

Whats the better makeup?: Maybelline pure minerals foundation or L'Oreal true match minerals ?

I know bare minerals is supposed to be better, however i do not have access to this.

Whats more worth it out of the two above?

Which one gives you the best coverage?

Which one last longest throughout the day, and what one lasts longest in terms of months?

Anything else about teh above products would be great!Whats the better makeup?: Maybelline pure minerals foundation or L'Oreal true match minerals ?
I think they are pretty equal in quality and coverage.

you should go for that brand which has the perfect colour for your skin tone - I cannot buy L'Or茅al, because their colours are too dark for me - stuck with essence pure mineral (a cheap but good one, btw) or Maybelline (rose ivory matches perfectly :-D)Whats the better makeup?: Maybelline pure minerals foundation or L'Oreal true match minerals ?
I hear L'oreal is better a lot of make up artists use that foundation.

I have always had issues with maybelline breaking me out or turning bad quickly, so I really try to stick with L'oreal.

I do know that maybelline has samples so you could try that see if it works for you or not
    L'Oreal Bare Naturale

is great and it has a whole line of blush concealer and glow (plus foundation)

    its great
loreal is better..it gives good coverage and stays more..
both of those items dont even exsist retard

I tried Maybelline Pure Makeup, and I have broken out. Has this happened to anyone else or is it just me?Maybelline Pure Makeup, Problem?
maybe your face isnt use to it ..yet... i use clinique they are the best!Maybelline Pure Makeup, Problem?
I hate Maybelline stuff!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They make me break out like mad!

Buy something that is made from organice product. I am currently using this Korean brand called Skinfood, it works perfect on me. My I think you might have difficulty searching for this brand if you're somewhere is the US. So, I'll jz advice you to buy something organic.
try body shop or clinque, pricey but better than that stuff
all liquid make up is bad for you! there are so many chemicals and add-ins to it, there is no telling what youre putting on your face! lol, i know this is going to sound like im just trying to sell you something, but im not...i seriously think you should try bare minerals. it is the most amazing thing i have ever bought. i started using it a year and a half ago and i could never imagine putting anything else on my face. its so pure and so good for your skin, it will actually make it look better. not to mention i honestly have gotten better coverage from it than i have with anything else, and it doesnt even look like i'm wearing make up. i just think its so amazing, i try and get everyone i can to at least try it, because i dont think any woman should miss out on anything so great. just email me if you have any questions about it, i'll be more than happy to help =)
its just not your kind of makeup....mine will break out with certain kinds too but not with others....what is your skin type?
it's totally just you, jk, it's really cheap makeup so you get what you pay for
Nope, that happened to me too. Probably one of the ingredients has a bad reaction with certain skin types. Like someone else said, you could try Bare Minerals instead, because that's what I use, it's pretty good and doesn't make me break out or anything. If you go to Sephora, they will let you test it out. Clinique also has some good makeup for sensitive and breakout-prone skin. If you want something cheaper, try Neutrogena (their ';skin-clearing'; makeup line is good).
    ur prolly aleregic! return it!

Has anyone used Maybelline Pure makeup and if so is it worth buying. I only have 1 problem and that's reddnes

I use it and I really like it a lot....better than any of the others just because it is really light and not greasy at all! I would def recommend it. The coverage is pretty good too!Has anyone used Maybelline Pure makeup and if so is it worth buying. I only have 1 problem and that's reddnes
it is ok but i agree that cover girl is better.Has anyone used Maybelline Pure makeup and if so is it worth buying. I only have 1 problem and that's reddnes
I'm using it right now. I don't have any trouble with it at all, but I'd rather be using Cover Girl.
I use it a lot. I mix it with my spf/moisturizer. It blends into your skin really well and covers up anything.

    http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=t1nEeb6Gk鈥?/a>Maybelline Mineral makeup? (QUESTIONS)?
The concealer sucks it this tan and its suppose to be for all the really dark girls. The liquid mineral foundation sucks, because when ever I touch my face and continue to do my homework I gets on it. Also the foundation after a while (4 hours) doesn't feel right and it feels like its melting off your face.

    Maybelline pure.makeup foundation?

if you've used it, would you recommend it? i don't want an oily or shiny complexion. and i dont want it to feel greasy.Maybelline pure.makeup foundation?
This makeup is anything but pure. Natural oils are very GOOD for your skin. If you have ever visited high end spas they use pure oils to massage into your skin for facials. Commercial mainstream cosmetic companies try and scare you from wanting to use oils as they are EXPENSIVE and they cannot product the product for pennies on the dollar if they have to pay for real oils. Real oils are good for all skin types and oils like jojoba oil can actually help acne prone skin as it is the closest thing to the skins natural sebum. This makeup is far from PURE it is actually quite toxic and has fillers such as propelyne glycol that is an agent that is used in break fluid! Gross. Check this ingredients listing out...................

Water (Agua), Cyclopentasiloxane, Glycerin, Titanium Dioxide, Propylene Glycol, Kaolin, Polyacrylamide, Silica, Phenoxyethanol, C9 15 Fluoroalcohol Phosphates, C13 14 Isoparaffin, Aluminum Hydroxide, Methylparaben, Laureth 7, Tocopheryl Acetate, Polymethyl Methacrylate, Sodium C8-16 Isoalkylsuccinyl Wheat Protein Sulfonate, Dimethiconol, Ethylparaben, Butylparaben, Biosaccharide Gum 1, Propylparaben, Isobutylparaben, Chamomilla Recutita (Matricaria) Extract, May Contain (+/-):, CI 77891 (Titanium Dioxide), CI 77492, CI 77499, CI 77491 (Iron Oxides), Mica, CI 42090 (Blue 1)

Parabens (methylparaben, propylparaben, ethylparaben) have direct links to cancers. In breast cancer they have actually found parabens in the removed tumors. Do you want to slather something on your face day in and day out that has possible cancer causing ingredients in it, due to the fact the phenoxyethanol and parabens are high on the list there is a HIGH amount of preservatives in them. I would run from this product. Chemicals are known to degrade the skin and cause chemical induced acne. If you are wanting a pure product that covers well and looks totally natural, you need to look for organic/natural products. If you are looking cheap I think physcians formula has an organic line (i'm not sure on the purity though), but the best I have found for purity and actually looking great on the skin, covering well and leaving healthy looking skin, I recommend trying out Faerie Organic's mineral makeup. They have free sample kits so you can even try them for free. Their site is http://www.faerieorganic.comMaybelline pure.makeup foundation?
All oil-free liquid foundations have some kind of oil in them. They may not be the real ';oil'; but they have a substitute of that oil for something else and that is why sometimes it feels greasy. Without that oil, the foundation would be completely dry, like a moisturizer without the moist. Foundations are not usable unless they have some form of oil in them.

If greasiness is your concern, you should either wear powder mineral make up or after applying liquid foundation, go over it with a loose powder to set it. The number one rule when wearing make up is that if you have an oily complexion, opt for powder. If you are dry, go with liquid. Dry and dry don't go together.
I use Maybelline's pure mineral liquid foundation and I think it's really good. It gives good coverage and it feels really light on my skin, which is good for summer :)

You can wear it by itself obviously, for the 'dewy' look, but I use a thin layer of translucent powder on top, or normal powder, and I don't look shiny but it still looks really natural.

Yes, I do recommend it :D

Apply smoothly and evenly to your face and blend with your fingertips.

';Pure Make Up'; foundation. It's made with more water than the other foundations out there, so it's very light. It's actually the one that I use as well, and I absolutely love it.

If you have very dry skin, make sure that before you're applying your foundation, you're using a very good moisturizer. There's nothing worse than applying skin onto dry, flaky skin. It just doesn't look right! Make sure you're well hydrated.

This foundation comes in all different colors-especially a very good selection of fair skin toned ones.
Yeah i used it and it made my face look very heavy and i got oily so fast! If you have oily or acne-prone skin i suggest clinique clarifying skin formula. Its not too expensive and its like the pure makeup because its oil free, non-comodeginic, and fragrance free but it just works so much better! I would also suggest combining it with the stay matter powder for touch ups.
That was my First and ever Foundation and BROKE ME OUT IT'S WATERY CRAPY CRAP CRAP CRAP CRAP NO I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS AT ALL EVER!!!!!! If you want a good drug store foundation get CoverGirl Clean makeup

Maybelline pure makeup, bare minerals or true match?

i am looking for a good liquid foundation, one that's cheap, oil free and won't make my skin break out or clog my poors. out of these three foundations, which is the best, and is bare minerals actually good? i mean, does it actually cover your skin and not look powerdery and fake? thanks.....Maybelline pure makeup, bare minerals or true match?
maybeline pure works really good, perhaps even better than bare minerals at almost half the priceMaybelline pure makeup, bare minerals or true match?
YEa I totaly love bare minerlas I got two difeent shades one that mathc my skin color and then antother that was a lil darker. I didn't think i'd ever use the drk one but in teh summer when i get a tan it's perfect. I really love this makeup the only make up a where so worht the xtra bit of cash. and it's really good for ur skin actually it helped clear up my blemishes and zits. Oooh and they have thisd blush called warmeth that gives ur skina really perrty tint whne u get a lil pale in the winter
I've been using Bare Minerals for almost three years and love it. It's NOT a liquid foundation though. I hated liquid bases because they felt so heavy and mask-like. I honestly forget I'm wearing the Bare Minerals. It's more expensive than the other two, but I think it's well worth it. It doesn't looke powdery and fake - it doesn't look like anything. It does a much better job of covering blemishes, sunspots, and unevenness than you would ever think just a powder would.
Actually, my favorite is Almay. The kind that has the yellow on it. It actually works to fight acne and prevent new outbreaks. A little goes a long way so it will last a while but it is more expensive at $12 a bottle. I know it wasn't on your list but the stuff works great!
Bare minerals is awesome,it goes on so clear and doesnt even show when you wear it if u pick the right color for your skin tone it doesnt look powdery it just gives you color,i love it=]]
I personally don't prefer bare minerals- even the gal that does the ad on T.V. looks bad to me. I tried it anyway,we girls are cluton for punishment-it just did not give me the look I liked.i tried the other one too, sheer cover and it was about the same a little better though. personally I like Philosphy's the Present- gives a silky texture and it looks flawless, it's $25 for a tube and it's worth every penny. It doesn't take but a dab, that's it. It minimizes the pores and hides most imperfections. Can you tell I love it. 1-800-love-151- oh after i started using it I got more compliments than I have ever had. Everyone wanted to know what I used and I'm pushing it like crazy now. Great Results-No complaints here!!
Bare minerals isn't liquid, nor is it inexpensive. But it won't make your skin break out or clog pores, regardless of what type of skin you have.

It can look powdery IF you cake on too much. But it does cover blemishes well when applied properly and evens out skin tone.

I use the bare minerals foundation (L'Oreal makes a less expensive mineral powder foundation that is almost as good), a powder blush by Rimmel and top both with bare minerals 'mineral veil' which gives a lovely, finished effect.

Another thing that is good in the bare minerals collection is their bloom lip plumper/gloss. Their eyeshadow has good staying power too; and it can be improved by using a little liquid concealer on your eyelids before applying the eyeshadow.

    Last, their brushes are GREAT!

  • Covergirl smoothers hydrating makeup OR MAybelline Pure Makeup??

i get oily by mid day( T-zone area).. i have acne prone skin w/ alot of pimple scars.

    - its winter now so my skin is a bit drier but still oily.

    - the Covergirl is hydrating for WINTER ... but unno i heard some good reviews about the Maybelline pure makeup, (and its water based).

    - which has MEDIUM COVERAGE??Covergirl smoothers hydrating makeup OR MAybelline Pure Makeup??
I'm going to say neither to both products because they'll just clog your pores and the ingredients in them aren't not good quality. For oily and acne-prone skin, you need an oil free product, such as Physicians Formula or Almay foundations. They're recommended by dermatologists and very good for you skin.Covergirl smoothers hydrating makeup OR MAybelline Pure Makeup??
    cover girl !!! express
    Neither. . .

I have oily skin, and any liquid foundation makes it worse!! clogs ur pores more...

switch to bareminerals, or any mineral makeup, if u dont want to pay 25 dollars for it at sephora.com, for bare essentuals, try avon.com, or loreal mineral makeup which u can find at wal mart for like 14 bucks. . .

its the only make up that worked for me, and cleared my acne!
Maybelline Pure Makeup has sheer coverage. I didn't really like it, you can check out a review I wrote about it here:

    http://leftoverluncheonmeat.blogspot.com/2006/05/product-review-foundation-week.html#puremakeup

I think I used CG Smoothers way back in the day, but I can't really remember how well it worked. It must not have been *that* good if I can't remember.

If you really want a liquid foundation from the drugstore, try Maybelline's new SuperStay Silky. It comes with a primer, which may help smooth out your skin texture. It is pretty good at controlling oil, and coverage is close to medium.

I agree with the comment about mineral makeup. It has made all the difference in my skin! If you are looking for an affordable brand, I love Lumiere Cosmetics, my experience with it has been great. (They are internet-order though, so you need a credit card or paypal). I would recommend their Veena Velvet line for your skin type.

Please listen to me. I will not stop ranting until you do so if you want this Taurus to stop ranting you better listen ;P

Has anyone tried the Maybelline Pure Makeup H2O? if so, how was the effect?

I have it in Light 1, Porcelain Ivory. I like it because it provides light coverage, and can be layered. It contains water instead of oils, so it's good for oily and breakout-prone skin. It didn't break me out. It contains kaolin and silica to absorb oil. It also contains Vitamin E, wheat protein, chamomile, and aloe.

Everyone's skin is different. So if it breaks you out or irritates your skin, stop using it immediately. For six dollars, it's not a bad buy. MakeupAlley has reviews for this foundation: http://www.makeupalley.com/product/showr鈥?/a>Has anyone tried the Maybelline Pure Makeup H2O? if so, how was the effect?
Not the foundation, but the powder. I think its ok i like how it has vitamin e and chamomile in it thoughHas anyone tried the Maybelline Pure Makeup H2O? if so, how was the effect?
UGH! It's awful! It make me feel oily %26amp; it broke out my face really bad!
I love it. I use the foundation and the concealer both. It's lightweight, but still has good coverage. I recommend it!
i bought the concealer and it works awesome...it dries out any pimple in less time and takes redness away

    Maybelline mousse makeup?

Is mousse makeup by maybelline any good? Has anyone tried it? If not, what are good foundations that aren't heavy and do the job?Maybelline mousse makeup?
I haven't tried the fouldations, but I LOOOVE the Dream Matte Mousse blush!! I'm actually wearing it now in Soft Plum. It's really pretty and If the foundations are anything like the blush I say go for it.

Revlon Colorstay fouldation is really nice, but it is a much heavier foundation.Maybelline mousse makeup?
Yes they are very good, im a hairstylist and thats the make up i use, it hides alot and makes the face not look greasy at all and it looks great. just make sure its your right color, i dont use it all over my face i used it under my eyes, my eye lids , cheek right under my eye and the middle of my eye brow and just blend it all in and then i would the maybelline matte powder same thing except its like all the rest of the powders and just put it every where else to blend it is. its worth the money.
The BB Cream, aka Blemish Balm, is the hottest beauty product in Asia right now. It has the advantages of both a makeup and skincare product. It can even out skintone, camouflage undereye circles, acne scars and add radiance to the skin without the heavy mask-like effects of a foundation.

    http://lavidafashionistas.blogspot.com/
yes but i get the Avon one because its the only one that has my shade as i have unbelievably fair light skin and its the same as the maybelline one,its called, Soft Matte Mouse Make Up. you have to call your local Avon representative and order this stuff. its about the same price and it gorgeous.
It's great for being a drug store product but you MUST use moisturizer before applying because if you have dry skin you'll look like your peeling on your nose and forehead. %26lt;----- BAD LOOKK; trust me (: Just try it out, it's only like 6-7 bucks.
yesss i have this makeup it is soo awesome i use it everyday and i love it
i love this foundation!!!! its so natural looking and matte and i loveee it!

    Maybelline mineral makeup?

    Hi,

I was just wondering if anybody uses the mineral makeup from maybelline. I wanted to know if the coverage is well, if it lasts long, and if it makes you chalky. I'm talking about the mineral makeup not the liquid mineral. Thanks for any help.Maybelline mineral makeup?
I just purchased the mineral make-up on Friday, I was hesitant at first because of the price but I bought it anyway. The coverage was good, and its very blendable. I loved it! It doesn't look chalky or heavy, it feels and looks light and natural. The texure of my skin even looked better the next day! I usually don't wear cover up but I have been on some meds that gave me a rash on my hairline and forehead and the mineral make-up covered it so well! I recommend you try it yourself. Wal-mart has good prices on the make-up.Maybelline mineral makeup?
I was going to try it but I'm now staying away from any makeup with ';talc'; or other fillers that can clog pores. :(

I would try companies that only put a few inert ingredients in their makeup (no fillers, no talc, no bismuth). I use Everyday Minerals but there are also other companies as well who use the same ingredients. There is Signature Minerals, L.A. Minerals, and a few more but I've tried all of these and I keep going back to Everyday Minerals. They have a huge color selection and different formulas depending on your skin type. They're pretty darn cheap too...and they only have 4 inert ingredients that are better for your skin. I use Everyday Minerals foundation and I have never been able to find any mineral makeup that matches my skin tone as well as EDM. I had to go through 10 samples before I found my shade so that was a pain but once I found it I was psyched.... I am really happy and my skin doesn't break out from it which is a huge plus.
I would go with Bare Escentuals. You can get the starter kit which is only around 60 dollars but a 180 dollar value. It comes with 4 pots; concealer, foundation, warmth (like a bronzer to add color) and mineral vail to set and give a nice smooth finish. PLUS, you get all 3 brushes which are priced more than the kit alone! It's a great deal and I will never ever use anything else on my face besides BE. I tried maybelline and I think it works ok but BE is way better.
I got a free sample of it---and loved it! I plan on buying it myself the first chance I get. It was the smoothest for me, coverage was great...and definitely no chalky look.

    http://walmart.triaddigital.com/enhanced鈥?/a>
I didn't use the maybelline one, I used the l'oreal. You get more for your dollar. It wasn't chalky and it had great coverage. It usually does last all day, and I used to put a light layer of loose powder on top. Guess old habits die hard. You have to be careful not to apply too much, because well, it just doesn't look right. But that's true for any foundation.

I eventually switched when I wanted something with a little more moisture in it. I now use the cover girl advanced radiance foundation with olay ingredients and I love it!

    Good luck!!
i use this stuff and im happy with it its very similar to the expensive ';bare minerals'; its deffinately worth trying it although i put a regular foundation on to cover up blemishes better then put the maybelline mineral make-up over it so it blends in and doesnt look chalky or ';cakey'; and it adds a shine without looking like too much. %26lt;3

Question about Maybelline NY Pure Makeup Liquid Foundation !?

I was wondering ,to whoever owns this product, or HAS owned it,

how do you apply it so it goes on nice and evenly !??!

Thankks,Question about Maybelline NY Pure Makeup Liquid Foundation !?
If you have a clean makeup sponge, get it moist (dip it in some water and wring it out) and then apply it to your face like your normally would. Moistening the sponge will make less of the foundation absorb into the sponge, so more of it will go on your face. Just make sure you blend blend blend it in. There's nothing worse than having foundation lines on your neck and chin.

I also think it's a good idea to apply makeup in natural light versus doing it in a bathroom. I used to do my makeup in my bathroom (which was yellow, yikes!) until I started noticing that once I got to work, I was very splotchy. I was even using the wrong color foundation! So it's good to do it somewhere that at least has partial natural light (ie a window).

Hope that helps! Good luck!Question about Maybelline NY Pure Makeup Liquid Foundation !?
I use Maybelline's Pure Makeup, cuz it's water based and it I don't think it aggravates my acne as much as some other foundations do. It's only a sheer coverage foundation though. It is a liquid foundation, so just apply a dime size (or smaller) amount to your index finger, apply to your skin and rub it in so it blends evenly. Make sure you've rubbed it in enough, other wise it could make your skin look orange-y or uneven in places. All in all, it's a nice foundation, and you can get it at Wal-Mart for like $5.
i use a cosmetic sponge (wedge) just make sure you throw it away afterwards ive heard some people use it twice, but no more casue it can harbor bacteria which u def dont want all over your face. dab it onto you face then in small circular motions spread in over your face
I use my fingers (slightly wet with water) or a foundation brush. Make sure you blend up into your hairline for the best look. This is my favourite foundation!

    DONT USE SMART SHADE.

    it is a WASTEEEEEE.

It comes out yellowish and at the bottom of the bottle its brown and weird.

Liquid mousse is better.Almay Smart Shade makeup or Maybelline's Dream Liquid Mousse?
I have used both and personally, I like the dream mousse. It works wonders and it makes your face so even and soft looking. It also adds moisture and doesn't dry out your skin. For the dark circles and other dark area's use a concealer that is a couple of colors lighter than your foundation. Just dab it on and use as much as you need. Then don't rub the foundation over the concealor, dab it on lightly and blend. Hope this helps. Have a great day!
dream liquid mousse is great! it doesn't clog my pores, or make my face oily at all. it covers everything easily.

  • Mineral Makeup from Maybelline?

is it any good? Haha like does it protect from oiliness ect ?

i need makeup that stays for 14 hours, would this work?Mineral Makeup from Maybelline?
Maybelline Has Pretty Good Makeup. But If You Wanted Something Thats Alittle Long Lasting. Try Marks Matte-Nifficent Oil Absorbing Powder. It Really Does Help With Combating ';Oily-ness';.

But The Main Key To Lasting Makeup Is Maintennace. Each Time You Take A Break Be Sure To Check Your Makeup, Your Hair, And Do Touch-Ups If You Have To. That Way You Will Always Look Refreshed, And Not So Worn Out At The End Of The Day.

well since my mother has been working for them for about say 10 years now,she says it's a great make - up i wear it almost every day i will not guarantee you it will last for 14 hours though you may have to reapply it once or twice.

Which foundation is better? tlc truly lasting color makeup or Maybelline Superstay Silky?

i dont know which to buy and i was wondering which people thought was betterWhich foundation is better? tlc truly lasting color makeup or Maybelline Superstay Silky?
I'd always go for Maybelline. They have good quality for a good price.

I use to buy maybelline, revlon and cover girl makeup but...?

im already bored of that makeup. hehehe. i saw that clinique and mac are very good. im thinking of clinique but i donk know if mac would do good too!

So do u recomend clinique or mac?

    also why u recommended?

plEASE HELP???I use to buy maybelline, revlon and cover girl makeup but...?
clinique!!!I use to buy maybelline, revlon and cover girl makeup but...?
Clinique does not have good makeup at all. MAC has very vibrant shades, and I love their pigment! I like different brands for different things:

    mascara-dior

    Bronzer-Lancome

    Blush-Laura Mercier

    Highlighter- Smashbox

    Pencil eyeliner- mac

    liquid liner- urban decay

    kohl liner- lancome

    foundation- bare escentuals

shadow- lancome, but i like other shadows too
clinique is better for skincare. i wouldn`t go to them for my makeup.

mac`s concealers and foundations are pretty heavy (besides the face and body, which is water based). i would try laura mercier for a good concealer. however, mac`s eyeshadows are the best. they are offered in a wide variety of colors and are highly-pigmented. they also show up well in pictures.

    good luck. (:

My makeup has been discontinued! I need a new concealer to replace Maybelline True Illusion Concealer.?

Any suggestions? My makeup has been discontinued! I need a new concealer to replace Maybelline True Illusion Concealer.?
UGH! I can totally identify! This was my concealer too!

    .

I now use Physicians Formula Conceal Rx鈩?Physicians Strength Concealer. I'm learning to love it. It actually covers much better than my old favorite since the pigmentation is much richer.

If you desire a more sheer coverage, I'd mix it with your favorite eye cream! Think of the benefits you'd get from that! But yeah, def. go with the P.F.!My makeup has been discontinued! I need a new concealer to replace Maybelline True Illusion Concealer.?
you can order it on line........
I used this one before and changed to covergirl Tru Conceal. It works great for me!

What do you think of maybelline dream matte mousse makeup?

..............ok forget all the negative reviews this is the best foundation i have ever used its soft and it does cover everything its not caky unles you put on the whole thing its not oily or drying actually is like a light moisterizer and let me tell you it lastes all day and it looks natural when removing you will notice nothing comes off but it still looks like you are wearing makeup wich is really good......and no it doesnt get in your skin and never come off lol so ok what are you waiting for try it now and good luck hope my comment helped you a lot;)What do you think of maybelline dream matte mousse makeup?
I think this product is ok but i am not impressed, and its somewhat hard to blend... it not something that i think is so great that i would recommend it to anyone. It is very ver very drying, it makes your skin look dry and it doesnt last all day. By the end of the day this makeup is just gone, its terrible.

Try Mary Kay or CliniqueWhat do you think of maybelline dream matte mousse makeup?
Honestly, I hate it, it doesn't give enough coverage and in the commerical it says, ';Get that airbrushed look.'; or something like that, but it's matte so it makes no sense. Also the natural look is way better.

Try Covergirl, Mary Kay, or MAC
I used to use it but wasn't a fan. I switched to Maybelline Mineral Power Powder Foundation, and I love it!

    Answer mine:

i have the dream mousse eyeshadow and i lovvvvve it. they don't make it anymore though.
I have used it and it looks really pretty on. Great coverage. HOWEVER, it's not worth it because it never sets. It will be off your face in 2 hours.
    it doesn't look natural.

    looks cakey.

    try a liquid powder (aveda)

    or powder (bear minerals)
i don't use it but in my sister's words 'i love it!' so yeah, i guess it's pretty good, then.
it covers up really good and it blends in well with your skin

I have been using Physician's Formula cream foundation since the 8th grade and I'm 38! It's flat like a compact and they only sell it in refills. I use the porcelain shade. My skin looks really good. I have people constantly tell me that I look like I'm in my 20's. I don't use ANYTHING else on my face, so I'm kind of convinced it's the makeup.Try it!

Shiseido make nice makeup for sensitive skin.

It has no fragrance, however, is a little expensive.I have sensitive skin. What kind of make can I use? I tried maybelline makeup. I broke out in a rash.?
Try the all natural stuff in the natural food stores. I have a natural cleanser that is great for sensitive skin. I buy this stuff (Nutribiotic) http://www.nutribiotic.com/. I've found it in stores as well as on line. I buy one bottle and it lasts for at least a year!
physicians formula mineral wear. all of their stuff is so good!
Bare Minerals. It is all natural. You can get this either at Sephora or QVC.... Good Luck
clinique make up its hypoalergenic and my skin is also sensitive and it works really good!
Okay before you put on makeup wash your face with Neutrogena Visibly Even face wash (it makes your skin SUPER smooth so putting on makeup is easy)! then use physicians formula face powder called ';Mineral Wear'; and it is talc free so it wont make you break out or get a weird rash!

    HOPE THAT HELPS!
Covergirl is a very wise choice and not too expensive. It has a bunch of colours to choose from.
mabeline is a cheap brand!!! try dr. hauschka! that is a great brand! lancome is also a recommendable brand =D
sephora or bare minerals. maybelline is cheap crap
i used to work at bare escentuals and i can honestly tell you that it is the best make up for people with sensitive skin. you should really give it a try
Clinique their make-up is especially designed for sensitive skin.
    yes! bare minerals are great!

What makeup should I purchase (maybelline) EASY 10 POINTS?

I have alot of coupons for maybelline (lipgloss, lipstick, liner)

I like nude colors, what do you guys recommend? ( I have fair skin )What makeup should I purchase (maybelline) EASY 10 POINTS?
Maybelline is perfect for lip gloss, lip liner, eyeshadow, etc. So just go shop away. I would not recommend you use the maybelline foundation bc that may have a lot of harsh chemicals in it. Try checking out the maybelline website for some inspiration. Good luckWhat makeup should I purchase (maybelline) EASY 10 POINTS?
I love Maybelline! I have the Mineral Power foundation, Define-a-Lash mascara, Define-a-Line eyeliner and their eyeshadow. I think they make very good products and it doesn't cost a fortune! I would say just find a color you like and try it out. Good luck!
Define-a-lash mascara. This is the best mascara I've ever tried. It goes on smoothly and it doesn't run or smudge! ;-) They have really good glosses too. I like the clear stuff because it kind of seals in my lipstick. Hope this helps. Happy shopping!
maybelline is a good brand. i think you should go for it, just make sure you get the right colors. maybe it's maybelline!
Get maybelline define-a-lash it is great.

Also don't know about everything else.

Who makes the best quality makeup, Loreal or Maybelline?

i prefer loreal, because loreal makes lancome...i guess its better, right?Who makes the best quality makeup, Loreal or Maybelline?
i like Loreal because of its liquid eyeliner!Who makes the best quality makeup, Loreal or Maybelline?
Both are good but i prefer Maybelline it is more affordable and i find a better quality, however it depends on what makeup you use. the mouse foundation lasts for along time and gives flawless skin i also the mousse blusher, however i would stay away from alot of there mascaras such as the clubbing one. before you buy try the testers in the shops and see what you personally prefer first :)
    maybelline has good foundation

l'oreal is good all round though :)

Is the maybelline mineral power makeup good?

im just asking about the actual mineral powder, not the liquid kind.

would you recommend it?Is the maybelline mineral power makeup good?
I actually took the plunge and got it like last week. It's ok, pretty good coverage, I'd say. I have pretty good skin, but some of my veins are a little visible and I hate them, the powder does cover them pretty well when you really buff the stuff on. I used Physician's Formula before that - Maybeline's isn't any different from that, really, other than the powder case is more convenient and the little brush that comes with it is higher quality. Is the maybelline mineral power makeup good?
I use it and it's good.

I would just say don't put too much on because it can get cakey and come off easily and my face still gets shiny but I do have very oily skin and Idk if that's a problem for you.

I went into Ulta and they put on the Bare Minerals make up on me and it's similar, just probably a little bit better for your skin.

I'd say basically just do some research and read reviews on brands and all that like...

    http://www.blog.makeupmoxie.com/2008/01/鈥?/a>

and I agree with what she wrote.

Hope that helps I just don't have much to compare it to.
you shoud try bare minerals by bare escentuals
no.when my friends and i used it we got a rash. i wouldn't risk it.the liquid kind is actually ok.
no I would not recommend it- mabelline, revelon, loreal and all those brands do not make 'true' mineral makeup. their mineral makeup still has fragrance in it and other extras that real mineral makeup does not have. Its kind of like these brands just whipped up a mineral makeup to remain competitive with all the actual mineral makeups that have recently become available. This is not what they do best and they have little experience and research behind it so stick with a brand that does!!

I would stick to a brand that has more experience in mineral makeup. They are only very slightly dearer and the quality is so so so much better- you actually get coverage and there is no fragrance, oil, talc, chemicals, parabens, toxins in mineral makeup. I recommend prestige, bare minerals for reasonably priced alternatives.
Honestly I have tried several mineral powder makeups. The maybelline one worked ok but didn't feel right on my skin. I actually prefer the one by bare minerals. I would say though try it because my girlfriend loves it.
    It's okay.

But I really like Loreal Bare Minerale. It's just a bit difficult to find the right shade, but once you do, you'll fall in love.

It's really light and lets your skin breathe, but you have to apply moisturizer under it, as with all drugstore mineral powder, it can look cakey after a while.

Good luck and I hope my answer helps you!

Have you guys tried pure makeup by maybelline?

I am going to try it... heard it was oil- free and non- comedogenic so it won't give you pimples....

For the ppl who have tried this product... is it good? What do you think of it?Have you guys tried pure makeup by maybelline?
I have it, and i like it. I don't use it regularly, but i find that it's a nice light-weight foundation, it's a lot like a tinted moisturizer because the coverage is subtle. I have acne prone skin, and it hasn't caused any problems the times that i've used it. I think it's worth a try. : )

note: even if it's light coverage, you can still add a little moisturizer to it when you use it, that's how i've used it. good luck!Have you guys tried pure makeup by maybelline?
i like it a lot ive used it before and its good, but make sure you get the right color. also, get the matching powder that goes with it too because i think its actually better than the foundation itself.
    guys? makeup???????????......
Many people like it. I didn't. It felt like I was putting water on my face. However, I need a makeup with medium coverage for scars, uneven skin, blemishes, etc. If you have good skin, it would probably work for you! Good luck.

I have tried both they are both gud but i prefer the air whipped Maybelline Dream Matte Mousse cuz blends nicely, it enriches my complexion and it doesnt run

I think tru blend tends to run sometimes

jus based on my experience i prefer maybelline dream matte mousseIs Maybelline makeup or Cover Girl makeup better?
i like the maybelline better than cover girl
    Maybelline!
  • blonde hair
  • Is the Maybelline mineral makeup line any good?

I want to try it but I dont want to waste my money!!Is the Maybelline mineral makeup line any good?
It's probably better than many traditional cosmetics out there, but if you are wanting to try out mineral makeup, I wouldn't get a drugstore brand...especially, if you have sensitive skin or are against animal cruelty testing. Most drugstore and department store brands use harsh ingredients, preservatives (parabens) and cheap fillers (bismuth oxychloride, talc, kaolin clays and other clays, zea mays -cornstarch to name the most popular), that can be overdrying and/or irritate the skin.

I'd highly recommend Lumiere Mineral Cosmetics. I have tried so many mineral cosmetic brands %26amp; Lumiere is where I get my Holy Grail foundation for my very sensitive skin. None of the foundations contain harsh ingredients, you have 4 formulas to choose from for your skin type %26amp; preferences, 32 shades to choose from and the prices are extremely reasonable. Sample kits only cost $9.00 + you get a $5.00 coupon off your next order. A full size costs $18.00 for a 30 gm jar which contains 12 gms of product and this will last several months (it's about twice as much product as BE %26amp; the coverage is more natural, easier to achieve with less minerals and it looks better than BE %26amp; several other brands I've tried), and Lumiere offers travel sizes for $9.00 -these are 20 gm jars which contain 4 gms of product (comparable to BE's full sizes). Their kits under the Specials link are very inexpensive too. Lumiere also has the best synthetic brushes available and are very affordable...super soft!Is the Maybelline mineral makeup line any good?
You are very welcome! =) Always get samples to try before you buy. Online venders are much better when it comes to MMU, especially the woman owned businesses...your chances of getting just ';good'; ingredients %26amp; high quality are much stronger. =D Report Abuse

well its not as good as bare minerals but it is ok
I've been using it for the past two days. I'm bought the Tan Dark 1 shade, and so far I like it. It blends in really well and gives my skin a nice glow.
It's ok, but somewhat so-so. I've found the mineral lines from Max Factor to be the best you can get if youre just getting it from the local Rite Aid or somethin' like that. If you're talking just quality for the price, and not price for the quality...take a look at mineral magic. It can run a tad high but WELL worth it!!!

Dream Matte Mousse Makeup or Pure Makeup from Maybelline?

I'm looking for a new foundation. I have combination skin (oily skin around the t-zone/forehead and normal skin everywhere else. I have a yellow undertone, kinda light golden skin. I have mild acne on my forehead, my chine, and around my nose, so I want good coverage.

Thank you.Dream Matte Mousse Makeup or Pure Makeup from Maybelline?
I've used the mousse makeup before. I loved it because it was incredibly easy to blend in, and it looked and felt natural, while still providing coverage. HOWEVER after a few months it dried out and got very crumbly. I ended up having to throw it away and it was still about half full.

Maybe it's because I don't wear it that often, or that much, so it expires before I could finish it. But other than that, I really liked it.

I never tried the Pure one, sorry. Try going on one of the online rating sites and see what others say about the two brands.

And for covering acne, you'll want to go with green concealer to neutralize the redness.

ps-use the oil blotting sheets in high humidity weather, to get rid of the oil on your face, leaving behind the makeup. Find oil sheets that come without the powder.Dream Matte Mousse Makeup or Pure Makeup from Maybelline?
I have both products, and they are my personal 2 favorites. I suggest if it's a really hot day and you don't want your makeup to run, then use the pure makeup. It's light coverage. My dream matte mousse really covers everything, you don't even need concealer or any of that yellow/green concealer sticks. It blends well too.
my skin is like EXACTLY like yours lol.. and yeah i use dream matte mousse and i like it a lot. oh and green is good for covering up redness
go with Dream Matte Mousse it blends easily. as for concealer go with green to neutralize the red.
I absolutely love the skin care systems through Artistry %26amp; NAO. They are Number 1 in online makeup sales %26amp; still growing! This is the first system I have been able to use that not only didn't make me break out %26amp; also started closing my pores. Within 2 weeks my friends were asking me what I was doing different. They kept telling me I really looked good %26amp; what was it. Awesome or what!

Which foundation is better? Loreal Paris Feel Natural or Pure Makeup by Maybelline?

I've used both at different times and I can't decide which to buy. Pure makeup is 50% water, but Feel Natural has a vitamin complex that is good for your skin. I have an oily t-zone, so which has worked better for you?Which foundation is better? Loreal Paris Feel Natural or Pure Makeup by Maybelline?
L'Oreal looked better and felt lighter.

Pure Makeup kinda got cake-y.. yuck.

So yeah i'd go with L'Oreal *b/c you're worth it ;) haha *Which foundation is better? Loreal Paris Feel Natural or Pure Makeup by Maybelline?
I use the mayballine, it works for me... i like it.. Its feels nice and natural 2 me.
Definately Loreal Paris Feel Natural . I love it , I've used the Maybelline Pure Makeup and i didnt like it very much .
I really like the Loreal Paris Feel Natural. It makes your skin glow, and it also helps with an oily complexion.
You are asking about better, why not use The Best?

    Mary Kay Minerals Foundation

Available from a Mary Kay consultant near you.
neither! i dont trust drugstore foundation :( the best one ive evr used and using is Clinique perfectly real compact makeup. it literally covers everything and looks natural and its light. on top of that i put clinique blended face powder to set everything. but if i had to choose from those 2, id pick maybelline. gud luk!

Have any of you tried Dream Matte鈩?Mousse Makeup from maybelline new york?

    does it look cakey?

does it cover all the dark spots?Have any of you tried Dream Matte鈩?Mousse Makeup from maybelline new york?
I've tried it, and yes it can look cakey - it depends how much you ';cake'; on and what kind of skin you have. It's also really thick and oily. It literally feels like you're smearing chocolate mousse over your face. I know someone who used to use it and she used to have really bad acne that left acne scars...and she wore Dream Matte Mousse Foundation over it and her face looked like a pizza. My skin is mostly really clear of any scars or pimples, just a bit of redness and it looked alright on me, the coverage is pretty good too. But still, I prefer liquid foundation over mousse.

By the way, foundations don't make you break out. It's the way that you apply them. If you're using dirty greasy fingers with bacteria all over them to apply it, then obviously you're gonna break out...[that was to the people who keep saying they broke out from it].Have any of you tried Dream Matte鈩?Mousse Makeup from maybelline new york?
i have the mousse foundation. if you want sheer coverage then it's good bc one thin layer is good enough. if you try and layer more for more coverage, then it will look cakey. it's not that great at covering dark blemishes, only good for light ones. try to use a primer before too. lasts for like 4-5 hours. i would recommend Dior foundation, very very good and worth the money.
    I use it, it's fine.

But it actually increases my acne

And it also made my face oily when i wore it.

    but i still use it

I should stop, speaking of which.
i've used it, i really liked the way it looked and it wasn't heavy or anything, but it made my face break out really bad
Sorry. i havent tried it yet but since it is a liquid form . I am almost sure that it has some weight to it.

Although they call it ';mousse';.. it will dry and eventually feel cakey.

    I recommend bare escentuals.

Ever since i used it ... i SWEAR BY IT!

THE BEST LIGHT WEIGHT MAKE UP EVER!!!

If you want extra coverage. use can use the mousse on your dark spots and then go over your face with mineral makeup.

This really is the best way to go!
yes, I have used it....but I wouldn't recommend it...yes, it covers imperfections very well....but it goes on VERY heavy
    i havent...

    but DONT USE THE BLUSH!!!

    its actually like sparkly :p

i tried it once... never again :P
I don't know about dark spots but it is so greasy and I do mean greasy not oily! Yuck, you will not be happy with it! Cakey, yes, greasy cake!
I absolutely love it, i discovered it 3 months ago and have never looked back. It gives a lovely finish and i have recently started using the dream matte concealer. What an invention!!

    Industrial strenght coverage.
i've used it for blush, and i actually really like it. it doesnt look cakey at all (unless you put on too much, but thats really hard to do with this makeup) and it comes on really smooth and soft!

the only thing though is that the blush doesnt stay on as long as i wish it would. im not sure how the foundation or eyeshadow is, but thats how it is for the blush.

it's really pretty though %26amp; if you're ok with reapplying, then buy it!
It's really cakey, but great coverage. I wouldn't say it's greasy!

The blush I realy sparkly, i use it as an eyeshadow.
It doesnt cover well and it goes on really thick and heavy its also very greasy
its very cakey ehh its terible your face can't breqth throughit and it fels like your wearing a mask ehh definately don't buy it
yes it looks cakey....and it broke my face out soooooooooo bad!!!! try something like bare minerals....its something you can wear that doesn't look like you are wearing anything at all....plus you can layer it if you want a less subtle look. and its never made me break out!! i love the stuff.

Do you use the new Maybelline Pure makeup foundation and concealer?

yes, i think it really helps my skin. It doesn't feel so heavy either. I also think the concealer really helps fight the zits too.Do you use the new Maybelline Pure makeup foundation and concealer?
I use the powder, i like itDo you use the new Maybelline Pure makeup foundation and concealer?
i use foundation and concealer, it works very well.
I prefer Lancome. But i quite like the mascara
    i use the mineral make-up
i use the foundation and it works really good if you want alot of coverage you can use a foundation brush and if you want little coverage you can use a sponge
i use the foundation and i like it alot bc it doesnt clog your pores and it doesnt give that oily shine that u get from the other makeups!!!!
    no

i rarely use ANY foundation or concealer

  • Is Maybelline mineral makeup really minerals?

I really like mineral makeup, but I only tend to go for the brands where I'm absolutely sure that their makeup is real mineral makeup - The Body Shop, Bare Minerals, etc. It's often expensive but I've noticed that Maybelline's collection of mineral makeup is a lot cheaper, but I've heard a rumour that it's not as good and they don't use real minerals. Have any of you used it and is it any good?Is Maybelline mineral makeup really minerals?
If you feel this way then you will have to pay the price. Any other brands such as loreal or maybellene have very small amounts of the minerals they advertise. It also drys your skin out, because of the talc they use ! Instead of the silky feeling you get with true mineral make ups. Stick to the better brands to be sure you are getting just what the package says. A good mineral base makeup will state all ingredients ,you may find cheaper brands but stay away from anything that is not organic this way you know what your getting. Is Maybelline mineral makeup really minerals?
no-one really knows except the ones who create it, it says on the website for the new maybelline mineral make up it is 100% natural minerals and is good for your skin, although i have not tried it, I suggest Sheer Cover's make up, it's the best I have ever used in my entire life :) hope this helps

I'm just wondering on what make up companies do animal testing on their products? I think cover girl does, but I'm not sure.Does maybelline makeup do animal testing? what other companies do it?
Yes maybelline does. Most do so its easier to list the ones that dont.

Where can you buy Mineral Power Maybelline makeup?

i really want to buy it, but dont know where!Where can you buy Mineral Power Maybelline makeup?
Any drug store or Walmart has it, but I can tell you that the Loreal Brand of Minerals makeup is bar far the best out of all of them, as it covers more, gives you an even look, doesn't feel heavy, and looks completely natural! Plus drugstore usually have it buy one get one free!Where can you buy Mineral Power Maybelline makeup?
really any department sore, but if ur looking for good coverage,i wouldnt buy it. i have some and i sucks.
Go to your local Walgreen's CVS, Target, Walmart - any drug store's cosmetic area...
Walgreen's-and they often have it as buy one get one free.
    Any drugstore, Wal-Mart, Walgreens, Target.
    rite-aid
any drugstore will carry it. same with zellers, walmart etc. I wouldn't buy it though. I tried it out and its not very good. I would recommend anything from Loreal instead
target has it- so does walmart and walgreens
    walmart 4 sure

Are any Cover Girl or Maybelline makeup products any good?

Or are they popular just because they are big companies?

If you think any of their products are good, please say what they are!Are any Cover Girl or Maybelline makeup products any good?
The Maybelline Matte Mousse collection of foundations, bronzers, etc is very good, except the blushes are a bit too pink for me. They smooth on like lotion, but have the coverage of powders, and are so light, so it usually doesn't look like you're wearing makeup. It just looks like you have naturally flawless skin.

Then, Maybelline's Define-a-lash is excellent. It's not the mascara formula. It's the brush. And it really doesn't clump. No lies.

As for CoverGirl, I don't use their products, so I don't know. Are any Cover Girl or Maybelline makeup products any good?
Cover Girl and Maybelline products are frequently tested on animals. They put the ingredients in rabbits eyes and because they don't have tear ducts, it's very painful and many of them suffer and die. I try really to buy cosmetics that are not tested on animals. Here's a website that shows cosmetic companies that test on animals and companies that don't.
i love cover girl powder makeup
I use quite a lot of Maybelline products. Prices are affordable, plus, they always come up with new colors and there are plenty of lovely shades to choose from. However, I feel that higher-end cosmetics (such as Estee Lauder) come out easier - as in, you can see the color on your face easily without having to apply too much.
Professional cosmetic artists often have cosmetics from CG and Maybelline in their kits right along side items from higher end brands. This is because many items like eye liner or mascara perform similar to their more expensive counterparts. Maybelline Great Lash has been known as the industry favorite for 35 years. However when it comes to ';colors'; (eye shadow, blush, lipstick) high end brands are generally better because they contain much higher amounts of pigment. You'll notice you may only need a light swipe of a Mac eye shadow...but you may need to paint on a Cover Girl shade pretty thick to get the same result. Thats the long answer to your question....the short answer is yes, CG and Maybs are very fun and good to use.
Yes, I love Maybelline products. True Illusion is a great makeup and looks great on you. Then for powder, I use ShineFree.
actually alot of their products ARE good....its not bc they are big companies....i have some eyeliner that is the BOMB and its maybelline

i have maybellines unstoppable eyeliner and it works wonders for me....just try some of their products and see if you like them.....bc in reality WE dont know what u like or your style so it would probably be best if you went and tried some of their products yourself.
The only product I have in my make up case from Maybelline is the Great Lash Mascara. I'm not a big fan of Cover Girl. It smells like noxema and covers unevenly.

I would recommend most cosmetics from estee lauder and mac.
I only use Maybelline eyeliners and mascara, I like Cover girl eye shadow, and blush and I like Loreal lip stick
Yea, they're good. I just don't like the powders and foundation and stuff because it gives me zits. If you're case is like mine, use bare minerals. It's really good.
    cover girl lash exact
cover girl cover stick works really good for an on the go quick foundation. i love all the maybelline lipsticks ( especially ice princess) and i really like the lash exact mascara. it curves with your eye lashes and never clumps.
i think maybelline great lash mascaras are really good.

    and

covergirl perfect point plus eyeliner as well as, tru blend loose powder-they are sooooooo good.
    Yes so are Almay
I love Covergirl's Clean Pressed Powder and eyeshadows and Maybelline's Great Lash mascara is my FAVORITE.
The products are all good, it just depends how you use it and how well you use it. I currently use the mascara from Maybelline and naturally my eye lashes are long and it dosnt crumple them up. its great.

    Maybelline Makeup ?

If anyone has used the maybelline *dream matte mouse* foundation, please answer these questions for me. I am trying to decide whether to get it.

    1. Does it create good coverage?

    2. Does it make your skin look flawless?

    3. Is the amount of product good for the cost?

    4. Does it blend well?

*Thanks for your help!*Maybelline Makeup ?
    Yes, I have used dream matte mouse, it gives a flawless coverage that is not too heavy and greasy feeling. I like it. I think its great when you don't want to feel weighed down by make up. ';Skin feels as though it can breath.';

    Maybelline Makeup ?
It gives good coverage as the texture of the make-up is quite thick, meaning it covers most imperfections and makes your skin look flawless. I have Maybelline Dream Matte Mousse foundation and it's lasted me around 2 months, which is definitely good value for the price. It does blend fairly well, although you have to be careful around the neckline as if it's not blended in properly, there will be a noticeable difference between the colour of your neck and face.
I was in charge of the cosmetic section at Target for a few years. I've tried everything on the shelf do to people opening the packages and leaving - not cool.

I was excited about the mouse when it came out but I found the color blotchy and it looks like you put powder on your face when it drys.

The best foundation I have ever encountered is Mary Kay. Goes on smooth and flawless. And no I don't sell it. I just never found anything in the store to be as high quality.
    1. Very good coverage.

    2. As flawless as your skin with foundation is without being too heavy.

    3. Could be cheaper but I suppose it is a new line and therefore a little more costly than the traditional powder and cream versions.

    4. Blends very well, especially with the mouse blush if you need to add a little more colour.
I tried the dream matte mouse and did not like it.

    1. Doesn't give good coverage

    2. Makes skin look sparkly rather than flawless

    3. Spend your $7.00 on something else - cover girl makes some pretty good tinted foundations as well as powder blushes

    4. Doesn't blend well at all

Maybelline isnt really expensive, I dont think it voers good at all, and it looks oilly, but everyone skin recats diff, all you can do is try and see, trial and error.
I don't use it because it's not organic, and it's not nonacnegenic.

If you don't have breakouts than I suppose it's ok.

It feels really nice going on, it just makes me break out.

    It does cover nicely.
yes yes yes :) i like it because its nice and light! i use it everyday...it might not make it flawwwless but it really helps

  • My face turns dark after 2 hours of applying makeup.though i use branded products like maybelline.why?

if this happens after you keep applying its because of the oil. the oil keeps caking and makes your makeup darker. try blotting your skin lightly before reapplying makeup. Try Clean and Clear oil sheets. or maybe u have the wrong colorMy face turns dark after 2 hours of applying makeup.though i use branded products like maybelline.why?
mayb u shuld stop using it nd go to a non brabd or juz dnt use make- up at all becuz evry1 haz an inner beautyMy face turns dark after 2 hours of applying makeup.though i use branded products like maybelline.why?
TRY PRESCRIPTIVES they do your make acoording to your need
    It麓s not meant for Urang-Utans...silly
That is the problem!! Never use Maybeline. That company makes some of the worst foundations out there. They are full of oils and other pore clogging ingredients. I know it costs more, but you should use a high-quality foundation from a well-known and trusted company, like Clarins, Clinique, Chanel, Lancome, or Shisedo (not sure of the spelling). I have used Clinique since I was 15, and I never have had any porblems with their products. I did use Cover Girl, Maybeline, and Wet N' Wild for a very short time (to cut costs), but I went right back to Clinique because I broke out from those products. I learned about several cosmetics companies when I worked for Clinique a year ago, and that is how found out about the ';less than perfect'; formulas of our low-end competition.
I'm not really aware with maybelline but you should keep in mind that before applying a foundation your skin should be clean and oil free. And maybe your foundation does'nt match your skin type, you must consider that too (aside from it should be hypo allergenic). I use Cover Girl, MAC, and Max factor maybe you can try it.
maybe you should stop using make-up branded or unbranded... start washing your face regularly.... drink lots of water and eat fruits.... apply lip balm.... I think that would certainly help.... it did to me...............
They are correct, that the oils on your face are making the foundation turn darker. A good one to try is L'Oreal True Match foundation. It's fairly inexpensive, has a wonderful matte finish and is awesome for oily skin. Neutrogena Clear Tint is another good one but doesn't have the SPF protection. Use loose powder to help absorb oil. Press it into your T-Zone with a puff, then dust off excess with a fluffy brush. Use blotting papers. You may also find that using a shade lighter (or even blending two shades) will give you a better look throughout the day.

M.A.C. or Maybelline? Clinique or CoverGirl? Do you prefer department store or drugstore makeup and why?

This question is specifically for people who actually wear makeup. Thanks!M.A.C. or Maybelline? Clinique or CoverGirl? Do you prefer department store or drugstore makeup and why?
I prefer diferent make up for different uses. I love and swear by MAC's foundations, paints and eye colors. My fav mascara is Maybeline. My fave glosses and highlighters are Bobbi Brown. My fav foundation is black opal or Iman. I havent found any Cover Girl products that I like, so I dont use them. I prefer department store foundation because it tends to last longer, have better coverage, doesn't clog my pores and they have a better color selection for my skintone. But just because department stores are more expensive, doesnt mean that you have to or should buy all your products just from them.

Its kind of like shopping for clothes or food. Just because Jimmy shoo makes shoes you prefer, doesnt mean you cant pick up and adore a pair of thongs from Old Navy from time to time.M.A.C. or Maybelline? Clinique or CoverGirl? Do you prefer department store or drugstore makeup and why?
I prefer make up that I can find in most nationwide department stores/drug stores (such as CVS, Wal-Mart, Walgreens, etc). I don't like to order make up through catalogs or on the internet because you'll never know if that specific color will match you well. It's less convenient as well, because you have to wait for the make up to arrive and it always costs more. I also don't want to pay a lot of money for make up. L'Or茅al may not be the cheapest at the store, but it is a lot more reasonably priced than Clinique, MAC, Bare Minerals etc. It is great quality make up at a price that is still relatively affordable for most people. I like some of CoverGirl's stuff too (such as their mascara, eyeliner, or lip gloss). Revlon is also a really good choice for lip gloss, blush/bronzer, or eyeshadow.
Mary Kay...it's the number one brand in America. It costs less than department store brands and one tube, compact, etc will last forever. I feel in love with it and started selling it!
I have tried everything from $4 foundation to $40 foundation and in all honesty, they both worked about the same and I didnt look any different. I felt so bad for spending that kind of money. If u really think about it, they all use basically the same stuff to formulate this stuff, but the name is what makes ppl think its so much better.
M.A.C. of course, it's all better with the department store products even though it's overpriced, it's well worth it.
    mac

    clinique

    department store

i'm a makeup artist, and i dont mind paying more for more expensive makeup products, they are way easier to apply =)
I like for my makeup to look natural, so I don't mind spending more for it - I wear bare minerals foundation and I have a lot of higher end makeup (Sephora in the mall nearby). I don't wear it all the time so it's not a big deal, but I agree that you get what you pay for. I love Smashbox too. Mascara I will buy at drugstores - you can't beat Maybeline's great lash. Just to try out new colors I also like drugstore brands, and especially for lip color (I am a lipgloss junkie!)
well i'm not the type of girls who would spend hundreds on makeups so i'll vote for drugstore makeup. but for certain makeups i would only trust makeup brand like Mary Kay. I've tried MAC's eyeshadow before from a friend's superb makeup kit and it looked the same as a eyeshadow i bought for $5 from either L'oreal or Maybelline don't quite remember. so i say if you're not having a horrible skin texture and just need a little face enhancer..just go to the drugstore for some above-average makeups, you can always count on Maybelline and Covergirl for their mascara and eyeshadow. L'oreal make pretty good foundation like the new one that just came out a while ago - True Match, it goes smooth and evenly on your skin yet give you the great coverage to conceal blemish and large pores yet doesn't make you skin look flaky. most of the time isn't about what kind of makeups you're wearing, but you need to learn how to remove your makeups completely at the end of the day. i don't care if it's a $1000 foundation that you put on your face but if you don't remove it properly, it's still going to damage your skin.
covergirl, or neutragena!!!! dept stores are too expensive.
    Maybelline
MAC is always innovating... and a sure bet, when in doubt i buy MAC and usually the counter consultants really know about makeup and propose great tips...

The others I need to shop and inform myself before buying.
I tend to buy M.A.C. or clinique because not only are they easier to app;y but they tend to last longer. I do not have to re-apply them, the eye shadows do not crease when I open and close my eyes and you can eat through M.A.C.'s lip glass. Now don't get me wrong because there area couple of drug store brands that are wonderful as well, such as Milani and Black Opal but I would rather pay $13 for lip gloss when I do not have to use a tube of it a day.
i always always use maybelline. Especially their mousse foundation. Its def the best. Although to be fair i haven't ever used any cover girl stuff.
covergirl. Go to the drugstore is you are starting out to use make-up. Then you will get a feel of what looks good on you.
Ok I use M.A.C and Mary Kay...I love the compliments I receive when using those products and you definitely get what you pay for. I have had a compact from M.A.C since wow a couple of months ago and I can still make it another couple. I see a more lasting effect from these brands versus others good luck on your choice
    M A C they are so helpful!
i went to sephora a while ago purchasing bare minerals and they asked what i used before an di told them Mac and they said that their makeup is really cheap and all your buying is the packaging..so i say for face makeup bare minerals, eyes-pretty much anywhere..i like Mac colors and its not that expensive, drugstores are good for the essentials like mascara etc.
Department store, but if I can find a great alternative at the drugstore, I'll buy it from there.
Well,I actually wear make up and I receive a lot of compliments by other people.I personally prefer MAc and Clinique.Sorry for my english, cause I am from Albania.
M.A.C but try Bare Minerals, its the fastest way to look gorgeous and in just seconds. And for lip gloss, try the drug store, any brand and in any kind...
this is a good question and i often have this dilemma. I buy drugstore cosmetics but you need to be careful, my preferred brands are loreal and isadora in Walgreens. Isadora has great quality products, made in Sweden. You need to look for the consistency of the product, the smoother the better, eye shadows need to be really fine and soft, you can apply them on your palm, where your skin wrinkles to check if they are smooth and dont brake. Powders and blushes the same, how they reflect light, how they tone with your skin. A good tip is to apply some and just leave the store then you can see in a sunlight how the skin looks. Enjoy
I am a Mary Kay girl. It can be expensive but it looks so natural. I would normally buy MAC because it last longer and there is very little need for re-application. If you are new to make up, I would recommend MAC.
I prefer MAC and Clinque out of this selection, not only because the quality is better, but because thier companies or parent companies do not test on animals.

and i love makeup, but i love animals more.

Loreal, Maybelline, CoverGirl, etc...which is the best brand of makeup?

I trust L'oreal mostLoreal, Maybelline, CoverGirl, etc...which is the best brand of makeup?
cover girlLoreal, Maybelline, CoverGirl, etc...which is the best brand of makeup?
Loreal is reaaaaaaaallly good. i haven't bought anything from covergirl or maybelline yet except for lip gloss. the wetslicks are non sticky but some of their older lip tints are super sticky.

i usually buy a dove wash, shiseido toner, and clinique moisturizer. i have a lancome liner and mascara. lol i use all different brands
It depends on what your getting. Blush, eyeliner, ect. But i like covergirl the most.
L'oreal they are the same company that make ESTEE LAUDER
I am mostly a convergirl fan but i am currently using nuetrogena foundation.
    Revlon blush or Colorstay foundation

    Covergirl powders,nails and mascara

    Maybelline foundation,mascaras and powders

    Loreal H.i.P shadow duos,cream eyeliner

NYC mineral eyeshadow, powder, nail polish and colour wheel

    Wet'n'Wild eyeliner,blush or lip gloss

    :]
ive heard that maybelline is really great but neutrogena for me is the best makeup becasuse ithelps your skin look beautiful without damaging it.
I love mark. Affordable products that compare to department store cosmetics. All of their makeup starts at just $4 and the most expensive item is only $18.

It makes it easy to experiment and have fun, because they are so affordable.

I agree it depends on what your getting. I'm sure all brands have products that are better than their other products, and everyone has different opinions so it just depends

i've used all of the above and don't really favor one over another
Clinique is by far the best. a bit more expensive but WORTH every penny. if youre set on using cheaper brands, i prefer loreal.
    i like loreal the best.

but i use the cheapy NYC brand eyeliner.

    and maybellines mascara.

so i guess i like a little of everything.
i like covergirl the best and maybelline comes in a close second

    =)
